Terry Baker brings over 30 years of experience managing high growth tech companies to his role as President & CEO of PandoLogic. His career in recruitment technology and online media includes helping companies reach critical mass and global coverage through venture and private equity capitalization, sales and marketing, channel development, product management, and M&A. Baker has led three successful software company exits and most recently at PandoLogic’s he led the acquisition of Wade & Wendy, and oversaw PandoLogic’s subsequent acquisition by Veritone, Inc.

Before joining PandoLogic, Baker was founder and CEO of Amped Market Place Inc. and held executive leadership roles at Adicio Inc., founder of Advanced Recruiting Technology Inc., Hire.com, Template Graphics Software Inc., and Computer Associates Intl.

A frequent speaker in the U.S. and internationally, he has presented at conferences hosted by TA Week, TA Tech, ASA Staffing, NAPS, SIA, NAA, OnRec, Editor & Publisher, Hunt Scanlon, Folio, ICMA, SHRM, HR.com and ERE.
