Matt O’Connor is PandoLogic’s Chief Revenue Officer. In his role. O’Connor will drive the company’s sales and growth strategy, expand channel and reseller partnerships and broaden PandoLogic’s reach in key vertical markets, including staffing and franchise.

Matt has more than 20 years of experience, prior to joining the team he was Senior Vice President, Sales at Care.com. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales – SMB, Mid-Market and eCommerce at Randstad Digital Ventures, following the company’s acquisition of Monster. O’Connor’s lengthy tenure at Monster started as an account manager and, ultimately, held the title of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise, Verticals and Software Sales. O’Connor has also been an advisor and board member for several organizations, including CorporateCARE Solutions, Nichols College, Raddl and 15-40 Connection.
