He has an extensive background in creating platforms and frameworks for scale with special interest in startups and bringing cutting edge innovation and products to market. In prior CTO roles, he has scaled out teams and technology in the realm of AI, voice recognition and fin tech. At Pandologic, Sumit is heading up the US R&D center, setting technology direction and spearheading innovation in AI for recruitment.
